Privacy

Pull does not phone home. There is no analytics, no telemetry, no crash reporting and no account with us. We do not collect, store or transmit anything about you or your files, because there is nowhere for it to go — we run no server that Pull talks to except the one that serves the app itself.

Pull makes exactly two kinds of network connection:

Your downloaded files, sync rules, folder bookmarks and preferences stay on your Mac. Files go where you tell them to go.

This website is static. No cookies, no analytics, no third-party scripts, no fonts loaded from anyone else's server.

Terms

Pull is free and is provided as-is, with no warranty of any kind — express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. It might have bugs. It might stop working after a macOS update. It might be discontinued.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cartographer ApS is not liable for anything that happens as a result of using Pull, including lost, corrupted, duplicated or deleted files, lost time, or anything that goes wrong with your put.io account. That includes features that delete things on purpose: a sync rule set to remove files from put.io after downloading them will do exactly that, and it is on you to point it at the right folder and keep your own backups. If any of this cannot be excluded where you live, our total liability is limited to what you paid for Pull, which is nothing.

You are responsible for what you download and for using Pull in line with put.io's terms and the law where you are. Pull is an independent client — it is not made, endorsed, sponsored or supported by put.io, and put.io is not responsible for it.

Pull may update itself when you allow it to. Updates are signed and notarised, and installing one means these terms apply to that version too. These terms are governed by Danish law.
